侯强川,男,讲师,19886月出生,山东菏泽人。201912月毕业于内蒙古农业大学乳品生物技术与工程教育部重点实验室农产品加工及贮藏工程,获工学博士学位。201912月进入湖北文理学院工作至今。现主要从事发酵食品及食品生物技术相关研究。

 一、 主持项目:

1) 基于宏基因组学策略腊肉制品微生物类群解析及功能和表型预测,湖北文理学院科研能力培育基金;

2) 基于宏基因组学策略石花清香型白酒酒醅细菌多样性及功能预测研究,2020年度学科开放基金。
